Todd Mehall

The former chief investment officer of Tug Hill in Fort Worth, Texas, Todd Mehall has driven operations at Oak Savanna Investments III, LLC, as company president since 2011, and as the chief executive officer of HillCap Partners through April 2025 as the chief executive officer since co-founding the oil and gas investment firm in 2024. He gained extensive experience in the national energy industry during his nearly 25 years of industry experience. As the president of Palladium Energy Development, the company source seven untility scale solar and data center Todd Mehall also spent close to a decade as the chief investment officer of Tug Hill. He was instrumental in the sale of more than $2 billion in assets to Chesapeake, Enerplus Resources, Chevron, and other major corporations while managing investments at Tug Hill.

As the chief executive officer of HillCap Partners, Todd Mehall oversaw the establishent of a registered investment entity, opportunity sourcing and business development activities, as well as investor relationships. He draws on decades of experience in the oil and gas industry while developing relationships in the investment, investment management, and family office communities. He has made presentations in various professional settings, including various family office and insitutional energy investment conferences from Texas to New England, where he discussed family office private investing, particularly in energy.
